Dr Derm in the Middle East
Invited by the AMICO Group, dermatologist and president of our company Dr. Gábor Varju set off for Dubai to showcase Dr Derm Equipment's latest medical products. AMICO carries Dr Derm Equipment in 14 countries of the Middle East with significant relationships via their individual branches.
Two machines were highlighted during the course: the high frequency FIT4Surgery electro-cautery facilitating fine dermatological procedures and our Hyperhidrosis device. This latter was developed by the company to allow home treatment of chronically increased hand and foot sweating. (Tap water is filled in the two reservoirs of the compact device and low current treats the extremities for 2 or 3 10-minute sessions per week.)
At the request of Dr. Ashraf Badawi, dermatologist – international product trainer of Cynosure Inc. USA, and in the presence of Mr. Kenji Shimizu, vice president of the laser manufacturer, Dr. Gábor Varju gave an educational lecture titled “Skin Rejuvenation and Treatment of Rosacea using Pulsed Dye-Laser” as well.
